From The Chief

On behalf of all our members and myself, thank you very much for visiting our recently updated Website and for your interest in our Department and our activities as a Combination Fire-ALS-Rescue Department in unincorporated Boulder County, CO.
Our Web Master and members have worked very hard to keep our Website updated with our efforts to inform and serve our citizens, the people we serve, and other friends in the fire service. In these difficult and changing economic times, we strive to be as professional and progressive as possible and as effective and efficient in our efforts to be cost conscious and still provide the highest level of service to all the people we serve. We greatly appreciate your support and friendship and I look forward to any comments and suggestions on how we might improve our Website and our service to you.
Many thanks,
Bruce

A Public Safety Message from the Boulder County Sheriff's Communications Center
Help Keep 911 Lines Open! Every day more than 75 to 100 911 calls are received by the Boulder County Sheriff's Communications Dispatch Center from accidentally activated cell phones. On your belt or in your purse, the keypad on your cell phone can be pressed and cause another unintended call to 911. Cell phones with a single key programmed to dial 911 can be unintentionally activated. Lock the keypad on your cell phone and prevent this disruption of the life saving 911 service. Help keep the 911 lines open for real emergencies!
